Make batter
Put in fridge to rest
Preheat oven at 200C fan
Put lard in the baking tray, into the oven
Fry up sausage
Take the tray out of the oven and remove any lard rind, leaving just the fat
Place in the sausage, then pour over the batter. (The batter should come 3/4 the way up the sausage.)
Tray back in oven for 30 mins.
