Chocolate Brownies

Makes 12 fingers

  1. In saucepan over low heat, melt butter, then melt chocolate
  2. In mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, and vanilla
  3. Pour in the chocolate, add the flour and baking powder, and mix
  4. Pour into baking dish, aiming for ~2cm depth
  5. Cook at 150C (fan) for 45 mins

  1. Preheat over to 160C fan.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter
  3. In another bowl, mix together sugar, eggs, vanilla, and espresso.
  4. Combine the two.
  5. Add the flour and baking powder.
  6. Stir and pour into a greased or parchmented baking tray. (24cm x 44cm x 3cm)
  7. Cook for 30-35 mins. Don’t overcook.
