Fettuccini al limone
- Salt the water and boil the pasta
- Grate the garlic
- Fry it in the saucepan with some butter and olive oil
- When it smells done, add the cream
- Grate in the lemon zest and add some black pepper
- Squeeze the lemon into the cream
- (optional) Grate in a bunch of parmesan
- Add 1 cup of pasta water
- Transfer the pasta to the saucepan and coat with the sauce
- Serve with parsley, more parmesan, and more pepper
