Honey-lemon-garlic-soy salmon
- 2 salmon filets
- 2.5 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Defrost salmon
- Mince garlic
- Mix honey, soy sauce, mirin, lemon juice, pepper flakes
- Wash salmon, pat dry, coat one side with salt & pepper
- Heat olive oil in a pan until shimmering
- Place in salmon seasoned-side-down and season the tops
- Fry on medium heat for 5 mins
- Turn over and fry for another minute
- Make a space in the middle and add the garlic. Fry until fragrant
- Add the glaze and move the salmon back in
- Place the lemon on the salmon
- Boil for 15 mins
