Honey-lemon-garlic-soy salmon

  1. Defrost salmon
  2. Mince garlic
  3. Mix honey, soy sauce, mirin, lemon juice, pepper flakes
  4. Wash salmon, pat dry, coat one side with salt & pepper
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan until shimmering
  6. Place in salmon seasoned-side-down and season the tops
  7. Fry on medium heat for 5 mins
  8. Turn over and fry for another minute
  9. Make a space in the middle and add the garlic. Fry until fragrant
  10. Add the glaze and move the salmon back in
  11. Place the lemon on the salmon
  12. Boil for 15 mins
